Visualization and control of a luxury single-family home in the town of Velke Bilovice

During 2009, a new control system was installed in a luxury single-family home in the town of Velke Bilovice. The installation included the implementation of an intelligent electrical installation system and the Reliance 4 SCADA/HMI system.

The SCADA-based control system is located in the technical room and consists of a control cabinet and a PC on which Reliance 4 Runtime Control and Windows Home Server are installed. The control cabinet is equipped with a CU2-01M central unit and electrical wiring. Windows Home Server is used by the household as a storage server for their home video records, movies, music, and photographs. The visualization project is displayed on a 17" touch screen LCD monitor installed on the wall in the living room.

The Reliance SCADA/HMI system along with the IDM software controls and monitors:

• Exterior and interior lighting
• Intensity of artificial lighting in the house according to daylight conditions
• Blinds – light control
• Atrea air-conditioning unit
• Bathroom and toilet vent fans
• Magnetic contacts of the electric control system used for blocking the air-conditioning unit
• Front door electric lock
• Garage door opener

The whole project was carried out by two companies, S&V ProIB and Activehouse cz.
